Shipping & Returns


Using boob tape the right way can be a bit tricky at first and not doing so can result in the tape not sticking enough or causing skin irritation. We ask all customers to please read our How to Tape guide before requesting a refund. 

Once you have read the guide and ensure all steps were followed you can initiate a refund by emailing Please include your order number and the email address you made the order with. 

Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product. Your refund will be paid in full to your original payment method once we have received the return tracking information. Note shipping will not be refunded and you will be responsible for the return shipping.


All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

During peak periods or Covid-19 related issues, there is a possibility of potential delays due to a high volume of orders or courier service problems that are outside of our control.

Address Changes

Please check your address carefully as we are not responsible for any address changes. We will endeavor to accommodate your changes where possible, but it is a possibility that we will not see your email prior to your items being shipped. Note that when you receive your tracking number, you are able to change the delivery address as the customer. 

Domestic Shipping 

We offer Free Express Delivery New Zealand wide for orders over $40.

Standard shipping for orders under $40 is a flat rate of $5.

This generally means overnight to standard addresses and 2-3 days for rural, but some delays outside of our control may occur so we can not guarantee this.
